Pay or Contest Traffic Tickets
Paying a LaGrange County traffic ticket is treated as admitting the violation. The county traffic page says motorists may mail a money order for the amount listed on the charge. LaGrange County Traffic Deferral
LaGrange County has a deferral program for traffic tickets. If a motorist is eligible, the person receives written notice within 30 days. The county specifically tells motorists to hold payment for at least 20 days to see if deferral information arrives. Paying the violation before receiving deferral information eliminates the person from the program. Deferral questions go to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office at 260-499-6326.
Federal law prohibits CDL-licensed drivers from qualifying for the deferral program. That CDL rule is a major difference between ordinary traffic defendants and commercial drivers. Subscriber access is not a casual public lookup because driver personal information is limited by access level and legal purpose.
Public Access Traffic Records
Public LaGrange County traffic court records follow the same Indiana access framework as other court records.
